Jessica’s practice is focused on business law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, commercial and real estate transactions, and corporate law. She guides and advises clients of all sizes and structures through complex transactions across a variety of industries, functioning as an essential part of the deal-making team.

As a life-long Lincoln resident, Jessica draws upon her Midwestern values, to find collaborative, pragmatic, win-win solutions to clients’ business needs. She is dedicated to achieving success for her clients and invests the time necessary to understand each client’s business, goals, and unique circumstances.

Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
