Brett believes in presenting sophisticated legal solutions in an accessible, easy to understand manner. She is passionate about estate planning and the peace of mind a well thought out estate plan provides to clients. She has experience advising estate planning clients with a range of commercial matters, from simple real estate purchase agreements to contracts and intellectual property protections.
Brett grew up in Lexington, Nebraska. where she worked at the local Dairy Queen, which was owned and operated by her family for more than fifty years.
